The Sell Yourself Course is designed to help you find a job quickly, by focusing on enhancing your influential communication skills.
Why communication? Communication is a keystone skill. It is required on almost every job description, and it can enhance the value of all your other skills by empowering you with the ability to advocate for yourself and what you believe.
In the most simplest terms, you will come away with a resume, LinkedIn page, cover letters, interview answers, & a personal pitch that will stand out among your peers.
However, we have full confidence that the value goes way beyond those tangibles. You will learn The Latimer Model, and all the subsequent frameworks within, which will completely reshape the way you think about communication; communicating in the job search process, and also communicating once you are in the job.
The course itself includes opportunities to practice and upload your recordings and documents for personalized feedback, but does not include any one-on-one coaching.
Adding coaching session ensures that you are learning, practicing and improving for the quickest results.
Once enrolling and selecting your number of session (5 is recommended) we will work with you to schedule 45-minutes sessions at your convenience. We suggest the coaching occurs throughout the course, as opposed to all after the self-paced learning is completed.
All private coaching sessions will be booked to your timing needs. LatimerNext coaches operate before, during and after business hours to ensure flexibility for our clients.
Self-Paced learning requires no scheduling, as there are no scheduled sessions, allowing for the most flexibility.
The term e-learning has become synonymous with a reactive approach of instructing, generally watching videos with basic tips and tricks.
We differentiate ourselves at LatimerNext drastically from cheap or free alternatives and for those reasons we do not use the term e-learning.
Each LatimerNext experience includes personalized feedback, on your message, document and delivery skills. We believe you cannot take strides in your communication without practicing and receiving feedback.

You will also be contacted about scheduling coaching sessions in that time, and coaching can commence as soon as possible depending on your plan and our availability.
